Product Description

Z1259 non-solvent baffle paint is composite of  matrix resin, thinner, firming agent and additives. Solidify under room temperature. Its heat-resistant is classified as Class H.

Characteristics and Applications

The product can be solidified under room temperature. The paint film is bright, rich and smooth, with firm adhesion. It has short drying period and good weatherability.
Damp-proof, water-proof , and resistance to chemical corrosion.
The product is used as electric motor-side ring, and coil surface of transformers. It is capable for anti-salt, anti-moisture, and anti-mildew. It can be painted on metal/non-metal surface with high requirement on adhesion. It also works on insufficient de-rusting or damped steel surface.

Component A&B should be compounded with ratio of 4:1, stir well before use. It can be painted by brush or roll.

Standard color of the product is black. Other colors can be supplied in accordance with specification of users.

Packaging, Labeling, Storage and Delivery

Product should be placed and sealed  in clean and dry iron drum. It should be clear marked with model serial number, name, production date, gross and net weight of product, name of manufacturer, and warning symbol of "Handle with care", "Danger".
Product should be placed in carriage with awning. Keep away from fire and heat. Avoid direct sun exposure.
Product should be stored in clean, dry, ventilated room with temperature under 30°C. Keep away from fire and heat. Avoid direct sun exposure.
