 Composite mylar PET film for insulating tube is a soften composite material of multi-layer mylar PET film smeared with bond.

Characteristics and Applications

The product has good electrical capability, low contractibility, low hygroscopic and high heat-resistance.
It is mainly used between high-low voltage coil of dry-type transformer. It is substitute of laminated glass fabric tube as soft insulating tube.

Width Specification of Composite Mylar PET Film

Available width standards:
600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm for  0.5 PET film ;
800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm for 1.1 PET film;
1600mm,1800mm for 1.4 PET film.
It is necessary to design soft insulating tube with height close to the available width of PET film, in order to reduce material waste.

Packaging, Labeling, Storage and Delivery

Products should be carefully rolled, then put into plastic container, and finally placed into a clean and dry carton.
The package should be clearly labeled with specification, name, gross weight, net weight and certification of product, and name of manufacturer.
Be avoided from impact, pressure, damp, overheating and mechanical damage during delivery process.
Be stored vertically  in dry, clean and drafty environment, with room temperature under 25°C. Keep away from fire, heating sources and avoid direct sun exposure.
Can be stored for 12 months since the date of production. Only eligible products after inspection can be used in case of expiration.
