Product Description

The heat-resistant SHS pre-preg is composition of polyimide mylar, heat-resistant insulating paper and flexible composite material with impregnation of hi-temp resistant epoxy resin(Class H) produced by baking.

Characteristics and Applications

The product is Class H insulating material with a high mechanical strength, excellent dielectric and adhesive capability.
The product is winding directly onto the conductor to form a secure insulation layer by heat curing. It is simple and convenient to use.
Capable for Dry-type transformer coil insulation layer, side insulation, motor slot insulation and inter-turn insulation.

Products of different standards can be supplied in accordance with specification of users.

Packaging, Labeling, Storage and Delivery

Products should be carefully rolled, then put into plastic container, and finally placed into a clean and dry carton.
The package should be clearly labeled with specification, name, gross weight, net weight and certification of product, and name of manufacturer.
Be avoided from impact, pressure, damp, overheating and mechanical damage during delivery process.
Be stored vertically  in dry, clean and drafty environment, with room temperature under 25°C. Keep away from fire, heating sources and avoid direct sun exposure.
Can be stored for 6 months starting from the date of production. Only eligible products after inspection can be used in case of expiration.
