Product Description

The heat-resistant GHG pre-preg is composition of polyimide film and alkali-free woven glass fabric flexible composite material with impregnation of heat resistant epoxy resin(Class H) by baking.

Characteristics and Applications

The product has excellent dielectric, adhesive and heat-resistant performance. It could be a reliable thermal bonding material after curing. The product is an ideal insulating material for Class H transformer.
 The product is winding directly on to the conductor to form a secure insulation layer by heat curing. It is simple and convenient to use.
Capable for Dry-type transformer coil insulation layer, side insulation, motor slot insulation and inter-turn insulation.

Packaging, Labeling, Storage and Delivery

Products should be carefully rolled, then put into plastic container, and finally placed into a clean and dry carton.
The package should be clearly labeled with specification, name, gross weight, net weight and certification of product, and name of manufacturer.
Be avoided from impact, pressure, damp, overheating and mechanical damage during delivery process.
Be stored vertically  in dry, clean and drafty environment, with room temperature under 25°C. Keep away from fire, heating sources and avoid direct sun exposure.
Can be stored for 6 months starting from the date of production. Only eligible products after inspection can be used in case of expiration.
