Product Description

The product is electrical alkali-free glass fabric with impregnation of heat-resistant epoxy resin produced by baking. Such product is pre-cured.
The heat-resistant insulation is classified as Class F, Class  H, and Class 200.

Characteristics and Applications

The product is used to compress all kinds of insulation boards, especially the insulating layer for dry-type transformer cores. When applying aluminum/copper foil to winding coil, the glass fabric would be adhesive curing with the foil with heat. This would make the coil become capable with good electrical, mechanical strength, and damp-proof  performance.

Packaging, Labeling, Storage and Delivery

Products should be carefully rolled, then put into plastic container, and finally placed into a clean and dry carton.
The package should be clearly labeled with specification, name, gross weight, net weight and certification of product, and name of manufacturer.
Be avoided from impact, pressure, damp, overheating and mechanical damage during delivery process.
Be stored vertically  in dry, clean and drafty environment, with room temperature under 25°C. Keep away from fire, heating sources and avoid direct sun exposure.
Can be stored for 6 months starting from the date of production. Only eligible products after inspection can be used in case of expiration.
